Handcrafted with locally sourced clay from Zinapécuaro, Michoacan, this lidded vase connects beauty with function. Its dotted features are made using negative-imprint technique, a method that consists of pulling the ceramic piece from the fire mid-process before its fully baked, it is then cooled, painted and then re-smoked for contrast and depth.
